Emma Henstridge - Fundraising & events

Emma is one of those people who quietly helps keep the BDU family connected. Whether it’s basketball, a club event or simply a chance to bring everyone together, you can usually count on Emma being there with a smile on her face and ready to lend a hand.

Over the years, Emma has worn many hats at BDU, from supporting the club behind the scenes to development coaching and coaching our U16 and U18 Girls. She will now be bringing that same enthusiasm to coordinating BDU’s fundraising and events, helping create the social occasions and activities that make our club about so much more than just basketball.

Kind-hearted, passionate and always willing to help, Emma genuinely loves seeing our players grow both on and off the court. Much of what she does happens quietly in the background, but her contribution is felt right across the club. Emma is an important part of what makes BDU tick — bringing people together, getting things done and helping make BDU feel like a family.
